We advise major pharmaceutical companies in their day-to-day operations including, amongst others, routine healthcare contracts such as services, consulting, advisory agreements, grants and donations, promotion and distribution issues, interactions with healthcare practitioners, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, data protection, pricing issues and key intellectual property rights.

We represent our clients in all cases ranging from complex contracts disputes, collections from hospitals, infringement of intellectual property rights, termination of distribution agreements, recourses against State decisions, etc.

With regards to collections from hospitals, we represent our clients in court proceedings before all the Greek Courts and we draft and submit the relevant lawsuits against various hospitals.
