Our office provides advice for all participants in the procedure of assignment of public procurement, assignors and assignees, as follows:

• market research, analysis and preparation of the documentation necessary for execution and effective participation in the particular procedures for assignment of public procurements;

   

• representation of the clients’ interests in the process of preparation and commenting on the final contracts – result of the procedure for assignment of public procurement as well as for future partnership under already established business contacts;
• consultations on issues arisen during the term of validity of the contract for assignment of public procurement;
• representation in relation to protection of clients’ interests upon appealing acts within the scope of procedures carried out in assignment of public procurements.
